How to Make a Workout More Aerobic
The most important thing for you is to avoid doing things that actually stimulate or trigger anaerobic improvement. The longer the recoveries between those repetitions are, the more anaerobic those workouts will be. So a couple of ways to get around this to make a workout like this more aerobic and make sure that you don't fall into that trap is to reduce the recovery duration.
