Josh: I have no idea how to plan and structure the entire year myself. Oscar: You're essentially trying to become like a self-employed person right out of school. So this is tough because it takes time and practice to be able to motivate yourself for an entire day. Josh: It's essentially what I do except for I've created accountability systems where I tell an audience of people external from my own brain that, hey, I'm going to have a video out every Thursday.
