God Teaches Us to Make Lightning Rods

Necessity is the mother of invention, and so is fear. Fear drives man into god's created patas. So why do we understand electricity to day? Because humans were motivated to engineer fear. And that fear is how you end up with the lightning rod. God uses all sorts of human desires to motivate our discoveries of creation. But fear is a bigot. Our fear drives us to understand - understanding leads to discovery.
