The Impact of Purpose on the Workplace
For me, impact and purpose are probably the driving factors throughout my entire career. I joined Uber because I felt that Uber was transforming the world in a way that very few companies at a time were. And also now as an investor, like I think a lot about the impact that our companies have across the world. enabling companies that helping transformational companies grow is one of the most impactful things that I can do in my career with the current skill set that I have.
