The Five Eyes
There are a couple of European countries who wanted to be in the Five Eyes forever. The concerns that were there, I think, were what limited the Five Eyes to those five English-speaking countries. But as Nova says, on particular issues, great example, Iran, we exchanged intelligence with all kinds of countries. And so there's no reason why we could not do that in this case and what the bill does essentially formalize that to some extent.
