The dows are up eight % since the june low. The s and p is up nine and a half%. But i'm still saying that the market just doesn't know what's in store. Michael hartnet, positioning closest to a green light for risk,. Appetite trade higher, but profits and policy don't yet give the green light for a new bull trend.
