The patient had an RV in fact that we obviously identified much later, but they got a PE study. The PE study was negative, but did show a dilated RV. EKG really didn't show us much signs. But what triggered us to get our cardiologists involved was the fact that the patient had refractory pain to our management. So maximal medical management and the patient still had a schematic symptom. And then they found this lesion.
