Why Polaris Does Not Move?

There is a phenomenon called the precession of the equinoxes, which means that the axis of rotation of the planet itself moves. So polar rice, in a fewe thousand years, will no longer be the star. There'll be some other star. That's why polaris does not appear to move. If you measure it very accurately, there'll be a slight, very slight wabble because it's not completely and perfectly allined with our planet.
