In the early days, you're kind of trying to like fill calendars, at least we were I was always a big believer in and really still to this day. We did not hire reps to be like go out and build your own pipeline reps literally would do 3, 4, 5 demos a day in the early days. And then once you have those three things is not a lot harder than that like you get more leads and you hire more of the right profile for us.
