What Is Your Emotional State?

In most parts of the world, boys are told to not express emotion. This is further reinforced by conditioning that we tend to do towards boys versus girls. We learn what our internal emotional state is through the emotional mirroring of other people. So when i stop communicating with people about what my emotional state isik, even if i don't know what it is, i just kind of manage it on my own.
