How to Insert Contact Information Into a Field

There's a new one there called insert and there's a couple of kind of things that you can insert right now. Like, I tend to shut off the thing in Safari for like contact information. A lot of that stuff that forms stuff because I end up stepping on my own dick sometimes with that stuff. But if some website or some field, some text, not text area, but text, you know, field, is giving you troubles, you just click on the insert and then you can put in what you want.
