The Priest and the Basket
Little Peter put his will and coat on the chair next to him. It said that there are pears in the cupboard - he had not seen them for a long time. The farmer wanted to know what was in the basket, but the old woman gave Little Peter the basket which had the priest inside. As Little Peter rode his horse he held the basket so that the priest could not get out. He took the money and let the priest go and the priest ran home very fast. Big Peter killed all his sheep and made woolen coats from them as they were too expensive at market. But when he took them to market to sell, nobody would buy them from him. His older brother
