The Bull Market and the Bears

The S&P is up 20% off of the low. It's technically a bull market, but there's not a lot of belief in it or is there and should there be? What do you think? We've been cautious but invested. Like most people are invested, but it's a turn to be less cautious. You feel like before the Fed meeting started on Tuesday, the conversation was, did the bulls have control of this market or did the bears still have control ofthis market?
