The third step is really utilizing your stress to address the corps a value or you no purpose underlying that stress. And it avoids the checking out and the freaking out, and id allows you to harness the stress to the goal that you're trying to achieve. So those are three steps that we share with people to help them to get into this mind set that stress can be enhancing.
