If you're properly structuring your deals and you have some degree of seller financing, then what can happen is you can come back and say, look, after going through due diligence, these are the problems. And it could end up being a difficult situation. It might mean lower down payment, higher seller financing. Or maybe there's going to be some kind of earn out component.
