Slowing Down to Speed Up
The key phrase here is, sheffs never run because they are always in the right place. I think that's one of the big lessons you can glean from this book. And it really challenged me, because there are times when i get frantic. When i feel pressured, when i feel the need to rush i want to go deliberately slower. It's kind of the same like when you're going to bed and yor getting up early for work. The longer it takes till you get something done, the more pressure you feel on yourself. You coud you could apply that to responding to emal or writingin an article.
