Is There a Difference Between a Girl and a Boy?

I believe like the majority of humans just don't really have much of a gender. And then there's a few people on the fringes of either sex that are like, Oh, yeah, no, I'm totally this gender and they kind of set the the rails for everyone else. Right? One of the things that got me started on was a poll on Les Rung that asked about a concept called cis by default,. That's the spite default idea or also, which is basically just the idea that everyone is a gender more or less.
