Customer Service Is a Full-Time Job and There's a Lot to Do

Customer service is very reactive, for example. So customers have an issue, they write in, we help them with that. But it's always in response to typically a question or an issue of some sort. Kimberly: We should also be able to give demos if a customer wants to walk through something more than just an answer. Some people might just want an answer, but others are like, can you show me something? Can you take me through this? And we didn't really have any capacity for that.
