We had one from james in advance, talking about the challenge of unconsciously telegraphing the answer that you in your question. So are there things that you do to keep yourself awareness at the right level so that you're not directing people too much? You have to be open enough as a leader to have not onlythe answers be surprising, but the question be challenged. And again, i think if you get that kind of goldilock's question right, even if you are implying some things, there's enough space there for the team still to be creative about it.
