The Effects of Isolation on the Brain

i looked at the effects of isolation on rats, and how that would cause decreases in connections and dendrit expires within the brain. And i've got a young son who was starting school for the very first time at this time,. He is an only child, and it's just me and him. I think it's important that he gets that environmental enrichmond, and he learns from his peers. Keep socially active and physically active for your brain as well. Anythig good for our hearts is going to be good for our brain. So eat, eat er. Eat for your heart and em er. Thank you every one.
