The Importance of Coherence in Interaction Design

I want to watch her talk again and understand this more because it did. It seemed like a really elegant solution, but I don't understand the product. But this also makes me think about the way that desktop operating systems generally approached this starting with Vista. We saw a big move towards this on Mac OS, especially. And so there's a lot of stuff there about coherence that's even harder to get right than we thought.
