The Dermatologist, Is It All Dermot?

I'm always curious because I feel like people with who know about skincare, this sort of thing, they just happen to have this giant wealth of knowledge. Comes from having awful skin, having acne as a teen. So is it like you go to the dermatologist and you're like, tell me what to do? Or is it like I go on YouTube and look for an influencer to guide me? What's the situation? Is it mostly Dermot? It's well, now I'm going to the dermatologists because now I realize I should have been doing that all along.
