What Is God? And How Can We Fathom Order in the Universe?

This is a post exilic text. It was composed after the jews were driven into exile, after jerusalem was conquered at the hands of babylon by nebuchadnezzar in the sixth century. The kind of poetry that we find in this book is very reminiscent to me of some of the psalms of exile. And it's reminiscent of words in isaiah about prophesying exile. For my money, i think this is somewhere around the sixth century b c.
