i think incentives work really well when you know what the problem is, and you want people to turn the crank. i'm thinking about mostly how organizations apply financial incentives,. or capis, or all of the the alphabet soup of what organization doe to try to quote an quote, and sanivise people. But for whatever reason, and this is where my weird selection bias comes into play too... Almost every leader that i work with, i'm working with because they see a better way for the organization work. And it reminds me of, like ar wouldnt a lot of people were. There were certain people tat companies who were eager to get back to work after covid;
