The Purpose of an Arbitration Clause
The purpose of an arbitration clause is really dependent upon the relationship and the nature of the deal. Amazon has a bajillion transactions every day, they're putting arbitration on there because they want to be done. If you're a future customer, if you're not great, we don't care. We just can't take the mass of claims that would be against this.
