I find that very difficult because I also write books. And when I believe in something and I've put lots of effort into it, and I don't think it's rubbish. Then someone comes and it feels like I've been deliberately misinterpreted. The most interesting reviews I get from people who've read it are at my book things events. So did you learn to cope with bad reviews by saying to yourself, well, it's ephemeral and no one remember this? No, I didn't read them for many years.
