The Power of Wonder
The more time we spend reflecting on what is wonderful, the more our minds are full of wonder. For me, my go-to things that pop me into wonder are the night sky and watching someone do something selfless for another. And if you're looking for a simple practice to catalyze some everyday wonder for you, how about we make the shared intention to eat something new in the next couple of days? A fruit, a vegetable, a dish that we've never tried before, that we maybe don't even know how to spell. So thank you again, Chip.
