How Does It Spread Through the Organization?

We did think about a pebble dropping in a pond, a little bit of concentric rings. So there were a set of people, particularly on the marketing and our sales readiness team who we brought in to help us understand how we got there because they were going to be our instructors. And then the next big step was we actually went so far as to do certification on it. Everybody who was customer facing needed to be certified that they could give the pitch.
