The Rarity of Low Entropy States

For every plus 1 increase in entropy, there are twice as many states that could be assigned that entropy. Shorter strings are exponentially more rare. The solved in quotes state of a Rubik's Cube is the most special one to humans. Turning one side once yields a state that is slightly less special, but still pretty special. If you turn the sides randomly twenty times, then you almost certainly end up in a state which is not special at all.
