How Much Can I Eat of Process Foods?

A new study shows you can eat ultra process foods and still lose body fat. But that comes with a cost of being a lot more hungry. The subjects in the way that was presented to them was, here's your lunch. Eat as much of this as you want. If you want more, tell us, we'll bring you another serving of lunch. Or if you can't eat it all, that's fine, just put it away. And during the two weeks the group, when they were on the ultra process food diet, they actually ate at five, approximately 500 more calories per day. That equated to about two pounds, or a kilogram, of body weight game over
