I think Aaron Walter just does it from MailChimp. He's able to incisively critique, but with just a great attitude and a great reassuring hand. I'm sad to say I went to art school and the critiques were just cruel and fast and furious. And so I kind of like took that over to the workplace. So I would just be able to politely disagree with people as always a good thing. But also show positives as much as you can. You can do one email is not dead and whatever it did, even though you can't design for it very well.
