If they're not, then they've got to start thinking about how do they change that and make sure it allows board members who might come from a more diverse background or not. Do you have a culture that really supports mental health and encourages employees to disclose issues? You know, we've still got a bit of a stigma out there around it and reticence for people to come forward. We need to create an environment where people can come into work and really be themselves,. but know they're going to get that support within an organization.
