Is China a Significant Player in the Arket?

The market may be peaking out on the cycle, but that doesn't mean these trades won't work anyway. There's a risk that china will deteriorate in much the same way as russia deteriorated and you end up with that player excluded from our access for various reasons. Ten specifically is one of the one where the supply seems tighter than all of them. I guess it's possible that it's peaked, but my bet is that it hasn't.
