The Benefits of Regular Work Meetings

I feel like recurring things and routine actually do really help you plan the week out. It also helps me plan my bedtime out a little bit so if I know Tuesdays and Thursdays I always have an early meeting at like eight then I'll make sure to go to bed early on those days whether or not I'll sleep early is another question but I'll at least be in bed at a reasonable time. Very helpful in my opinion.
