The Barrier to Entry for Strength Training

I think that there is a huge barrier to entry for strength training me personally because there's like an intimidation factor for cardio. I've always wanted to avoid the weight section of the gym it's like super intimidating you feel like everyone's staring at you. Once you build up your confidence your self esteem you feel more prepared then it's time to go to the gym and I'm quite happy with my results.
