I think it comes back from the intrinsic wiring. A lot of people are intrinsically wired to keep long term steady relationships. They don't want the volatility of new in and out. And so then on both sides, I think leads to very, very different behaviors that you would observe in a hunter versus a farmer. Do you ever have clients who have a business development team that's hunt they're the hunters? That happens a lot.
