You have to start off by knowing where you are. And then, and then trying to assess what you can get,what you can get better at. That self evaluation of what do I know I'm not good at is such an important piece of that. How easily we can just ignore what we know we need to be working on. The more those other gaps became a big hindrance because you have to be good at a lot of things especially in a leadership role.
