How Much Labor Rationing Is in the Labor Market?
The amount of labor rationing, i imagine it's not in not or a hundred %. How can you back out a percentage figure for that? Yeit's a great question. But because our shock size is really big, it allows us to get a pretty big lower bound. So if we find our expected results, this would be evident that rationing exists.
