The Impact of Usability Testing on the Organisation

The experience design that goes into just the building of the premises and the care you're taking for the people who are coming to do the tests in a way that nobody else does. When we were doing these studies 10 or 20 years ago, in my case, then very few people used to come and watch. So it's very much now something for working with or encouraging really the whole organisation to become user centric.
