The Importance of Innovating

I certainly like to see companies working to innovate and doing new things. But if, for instance, Spark were announcing new things every five minutes and they were killing off otherthings every five minutes, then that creates an issue. I think these big companies have to realize that their actions, you know, impact their reputation. Some of these things, I think, have some pretty long standing consequences. There's not too much that we can do on the cyber attack front - there's just another day, another hacking.
