Katy bought her first property in august of 20 17, and closed on this place in november if 20 17. She has the type of eye for, like, unit that people are going to want to buy. I was just buying cause i knew that it was smart. My uncle actually had told me, like, the one thing i would definitely do is buy a house as soon as you can. It's not a practical it's actually still the only unit that doesn't cashlo we still have it. But am, katy's cas is much better. We were able to use the refinanced vielon again because we refinanced out our debt.
