i don't know how you do a small experiment in the atmosphere. If we were to take that approach, we would have to steadily increase the amount of whatever substance they decided we'd have toin it every single year. The fact that anyone is even considering these approaches, chris, is a ameasure of a feeling of desperation and i don't think it should drive us toward these reckless experiments....
