In 20 20, during that period of time, we had already agreed to acquire another book of business prior to the pamdemic. And that transition took an awful toll on the team and it was just a big emotional toll altogether. I'm familiar with the feeling. Im r, fairly unemployable now as well. I cant agine that environment. So what, what was the low point for you on this journey? There's been probably a couple of times where i'v felt another bent, some low points.
