The second you solve some talking problem, another one pops up. The second you get some great team member, they get ten offers to go quit the company. Whatever problem the smartest people you hire can't solve becomes your problem. That's basicly what being a founder is. And i feel like everyone else that's not really competing for that, for those people, is not focusing n the right thing. So all the hakathons, al the tilling, all of these podcasts, this is me trying to find gratl ar, these people that are willing to eat glass and look over the abyss.
