The McDonald's Restaurant in Halifax
Laura Palmer: Police were getting 800 calls for help from a McDonald's annually. She says the restaurant had some design challenges that police wanted to address. The main entrance was on Rideau Street across from the mall, but there was also a back entrance exit. Some people called this hallway the hallway to hell because it was really isolated from the rest of the restaurant.
