Did You Have to Stop Wearing Headphones?

My understanding, having been there several years, was they try to reduce the awkwardness to interrupt someone. I became a headphones person, and i would sometimes wear headphones that weren't even plugged into anythingcoes. And i hate this, but there was even a time when i would count my name being mentioned by someone,. "I don't like at all that it came to that kind of thing"
