The Bayesian Model of Fraud

A Bayesian model utilizes prior knowledge and prior conditions. So instead of looking at probability at sort of a population level, it's saying, I want to know the probability based on these specific things that have already happened or these specific beliefs of the individual. The authors posit that even when you provide available evidence, the individual actors who were questioning here are going to just flagrantly deny the evidence.
