The Anchor Point
Just opening awareness out a little bit, just to receive sounds around yom. It may be a distant buzz or a humming nd may be sounds of people or things moving near by. Just very slowly, gently opening the eyes if they've been closed. You might want to have a stretch, o bring a little bit of movement back into the body. If you did find one, where was your anchor point in that practice? Seat? Feet at top, hands feet and rain outside, bird song, hands resting in lap, feet on floor, the freezer.
