The Importance of Slow Wave Sleep
New research suggests that the types of foods you eat most often can affect your sleep quality. The high fat, high sugar diet led to a less restorative or less youthful state of sleep. On a 2000 calorie diet, the people would better sleep eight approximately 200 calories of sugar per day. When you don't get enough sleep, your brain experiences changes that make you want to eat more foods high in fat and sugar.
