The Art of Change
I have my own emotional response to the scripts. I have my own ideas and sense of character development. It's usually not too far off from the director in the cast, but there's definitely a lot of nuance in there. My ideas are different from the cast and the director. Then I sort of devour it, put it through my own aesthetic as an artist. And then for every given look, it's sort of like, I decide what I think is best for that scene.
